(Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services worldwide, today announced a realignment of the company's organizational structure and operating model to further build on its strategy of providing integrated solutions to C-suite and board level executives. Three veteran Heidrick & Struggles consultants will now assume elevated regional leadership positions with expanded responsibilities, including managing growth and profitability across each region. The new regional leaders are:

- Luis Urbano, Europe
- Steve Mullinjer, Asia Pacific

He previously held a number of leadership positions at the firm, including head of the New York office, the Northeast U.S. and North America. Marino joined the firm in 1999 and is based in New York.
