(NYSE: UTI), the leading provider of automotive technician training, today reported that after 15 years of service on the Board, A. Richard Caputo, has announced his retirement from the Board, effective February 19, 2013, and will not be standing for re-election as director of the Company when his current term expires.
Mr. Caputo is the longest standing independent board member having served since 1997.
