St. Jude Medical Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend

St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE:STJ), a global medical device company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.23 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first, second and third quarters of 2012 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.92 per share. The dividend is payable Jan. 31, 2013 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012.
