ConAgra Foods Announces Dividend Payment
The board of directors of ConAgra Foods, Inc., (NYSE: CAG) approved a dividend payment of $0.25 per common share to be paid on March 5, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 31, 2013.
