MDC Partners Announces $0.28 Per Share Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  MDC Partners Inc. ("MDC Partners" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.28 per share on all of its outstanding Class A shares and Class B shares. The semi-annual dividend will be payable on or prior to December 31, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 20, 2012.
