Allegheny Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend
Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on December 28, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2012.
