G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (NASDAQ: GIII) announced today that it will release its third quarter of fiscal year 2013 earnings before market open on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Management will host a conference call to discuss results before the market opens at 8:30 a.m. EST that same day.
