Coach Revises Dividend Payable Date

Coach, Inc. (NYSE: COH, SEHK: 6388), a leading marketer of modern classic American accessories, today announced that its Board of Directors has revised the payable date for the company’s previously declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. The dividend is now payable on December 27, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 7, 2012.
