Sprague Pest Solutions Acquires Golden Services; Expands Its Colorado Footprint

TACOMA, Wash., Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sprague Pest Solutions, the nation's 32 ^nd largest pest management service provider, announces the acquisition of Golden Services in Golden, Colorado. The acquisition broadens Tacoma-based Sprague's footprint in Colorado following its 2011 acquisition of Denver-based EnviroPest.

Golden Services specialized in providing comprehensive high-end residential pest management services to customers in central Colorado and Denver's western suburbs. Owners Craig and Susan Lyons started the company nearly 20 years ago and wanted to make sure their customers would be well looked after following the sale.
