Now, the new health plan is available in 15 additional Northern California and North San Joaquin Valley counties, including: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Merced, Placer, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus and Yolo.
