Brian Rafferty Returns To Lead Taylor Rafferty

NEW YORK, Nov. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Rafferty, the leading global investor relations firm, is pleased to announce the return of Brian Rafferty as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rafferty, who founded the firm in 1982, retakes the helm after a three-year period during which he served as Senior Advisor to the firm while advancing his academic and not-for-profit interests.

"Conducting innovative best practice investor relations is the most efficient and effective way to help corporations get the best value and support from the capital markets," said Mr. Rafferty. "The golden age of the IR profession and Taylor Rafferty's practice is still to come.  With a focus on client service, continual quality improvement and maximizing the market's appreciation of the value of our services, I look forward to leading the Taylor Rafferty team again."

Terry Thompson, Chief Executive of King Worldwide, commented, "Brian pioneered many of the investor relations and cross border financial communications tools and processes that are recognized as best practice today and is returning to lead the business with the same passion and vigor that drove Taylor Rafferty to be the best in IR.  We are very excited about his plans to further develop Taylor Rafferty and to help seize capital markets opportunities for existing and potential Taylor Rafferty clients. On behalf of King Worldwide's other leading global financial communications and stakeholder management businesses, I wish Brian a warm welcome to our team."

Taylor Rafferty built its business assisting foreign issuers to successfully access the US capital markets and over three decades has expanded its capabilities, presence and scope to provide a fully-integrated spectrum of investor relations and capital market advisory services to help clients around the globe to get the most out of both their home and cross border capital markets.
