NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say on CNBC's "Squawk On The Street" Friday:
Cramer said Brown-Forman (BFB) is a very well-run company and he wouldn't bet against it. Meanwhile, investors are fleeing VeriSign (VRSN - Get Report) after the Commerce Department limited its ability to raise domain name prices.
Brown-Forman shares were flat while VeriSign collapsed by 13% at the Friday close.Cramer was bullish on both Allergan (AGN - Get Report) and Merck (MRK - Get Report), calling Allergan a great growth business and adding that "no one ever got hurt owning Merck." Allergan stock closed flat while Merck's was down nearly 1%. Finally, Cramer was bearish on Netflix (NFLX - Get Report) on the news the company may face increased competition in Latin America, but he was more upbeat on Cracker Barrel (CBRL - Get Report), saying that while the company issued glooming guidance it's been a terrific stock to own. Shares of Netflix and Cracker Barrel also closed nearly flat Friday.
