, calling Allergan a great growth business and adding that "no one ever got hurt owning Merck."
Allergan stock closed flat while Merck's was down nearly 1%.
Finally, Cramer was bearish on

on the news the company may face increased competition in Latin America, but he was more upbeat on
(CBRL - Get Report)
, saying that while the company issued glooming guidance it's been a terrific stock to own.
Shares of Netflix and Cracker Barrel also closed nearly flat Friday.
