(NYSE MKT: MHH), a national provider of Information Technology and Specialized Healthcare staffing services, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $2.00 per share of common stock, payable on December 21, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of December 20, 2012.
As a result of the Board's review of the Company's current financial position and business outlook, the Board determined that the payment of a special dividend was in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders.
