Coinstar, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides automated retail solutions primarily in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Coinstar has a market cap of $1.4 billion and is part of the services sector. The company has a P/E ratio of 9.5, below the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are up 1.6% year to date as of the close of trading on Wednesday. Currently there are nine analysts that rate Coinstar a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and six rate it a hold.
