WASHINGTON, Nov. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Hamrick, a widely respected journalist and immediate past president of the National Press Club, will join Bankrate.com (NYSE: RATE) in January in the newly created position of Washington Bureau Chief.
