Joy Global Inc. (NYSE: JOY) announced today that it will release fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 earnings results prior to the opening of business on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. A conference call is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. EST that same day to discuss the financial results.
