as Vice President of Investor Relations. In this role, Carolynne will be responsible for driving Henry Schein's strategic communications with institutional investors and the securities analyst community.

Ms. Borders joins Henry Schein with approximately twenty years of experience as an investor relations professional. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at a global designer of semiconductor products. Earlier, she held a similar role at a leading manufacturer of digital audio products. She has served as a Senior Associate at The Financial Relations Board, one of the largest investor relations agencies at the time, representing the firm's technology clientele. Ms. Borders was also co-founder and executive vice president of LI Invest, a former not-for-profit organization that promoted investment in public and private companies in the
