Teavana Holdings, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Fiscal 2012 Earnings Release Date
Teavana Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TEA) today announced that its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 will be released after the market closes on Monday, December 10, 2012. In light of the pending transaction with Starbucks, the Company will not host a conference call but expects to file its Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before December 12, 2012.
