ISoftStone's Annual General Meeting Of Shareholders Will Be Held On December 27, 2012

BEIJING, Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- iSoftStone Holdings Limited ("iSoftStone" or the "Company," NYSE: ISS), a leading China-based IT services provider, today announced that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") will begin at 10:00 a.m. ( Beijing time) on December 27, 2012, at the International Software Plaza, Building 9 Zhongguancun Software Park, No. 8 West Dongbeiwang Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China.

No proposal will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the AGM. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders to discuss Company affairs with management.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on November 23, 2012 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of record of the Company's ordinary shares at the close of business on the record date may attend the AGM and any adjournment or postponement thereof in person.
