OTTAWA, Nov. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - The Canadian natural gas distribution industry is making every effort to ensure as many Canadians as possible have access to information about natural gas and have created two videos for wide distribution.
In "How Natural Gas is Smart Energy" viewers learn that natural gas is an abundantly available, affordable, safe, reliable, and clean source of energy for buildings and communities, large industry, and transportation. In "Understand Your Natural Gas Bill", a customer's natural gas bill is explained and viewers learn why natural gas continues to be an affordable energy choice.
" Canada's natural gas distribution industry delivers energy services to over 6.3 million homes, businesses and institutions and these videos answer two of the most common questions that are asked about natural gas, said Timothy M. Egan, President of the Canadian Gas Association. "Natural gas has a central place in Canada's energy mix meeting over 30 per cent of the country's energy needs and it is important that we look at new ways to get information out on this product."
