The Board of Directors at Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN), (“Manning & Napier” or “the Company”) elected Barbara Goodstein to the Board effective immediately. Goodstein’s appointment completed the Board with seven members. This addition resulted in a majority independent board as designed.
Ms. Goodstein serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Vonage, a leading provider of communications services connecting individuals through cloud-connected devices worldwide. Prior to joining Vonage, Ms. Goodstein held senior leadership positions at AXA Equitable, JP Morgan Chase, and Instinet.com. Ms. Goodstein earned a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University School of Business.
