HOUSTON, Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Westlake Chemical Corporation's (NYSE:WLK) recently declared regular quarterly dividend of 18.75 cents per share and a special dividend of $3.75 per share will both be payable on December 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 29, 2012. Note: This record date has been amended from the November 26, 2012 date announced earlier this morning in a company press release.
