ACTIVE GearUp will replace ACTIVE’s existing daily deal program, Schwaggle™, a member-based site that offers discounts on endurance products and services. The new website, which will be the largest private sales website in the sporting goods industry based on membership, will now offer its consumers access to more elite brands, more competitive deals and fast, one-business-day shipping.
ACTIVE GearUp will host 3-4 daily sales events, featuring products from top endurance and outdoor brands. Merchandise in each sale will typically be discounted 50-70% off retail price, and ACTIVE Advantage members will receive additional discounts upon check-out. Members will also be able to shop brand name merchandise year round through the site’s footwear, apparel, gear, and brand shops. In addition, ACTIVE GearUp will feature a women-only shop where female consumers can quickly find products to meet their specific needs.
