Use of Non-GAAP Measures

Non-GAAP financial measures consist of GAAP financial measures adjusted to exclude: share based compensation expenses, amortization and impairment of acquired intangible assets, deferred taxes, acquisition related costs and adjustments to earn-out obligations related to acquisitions.
