Allison Transmission And UAW Reach Tentative 5-Year Labor Agreement
INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) announced today that it has reached a new five-year tentative labor agreement with United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 933. The new labor contract must still be ratified by the union membership.

The UAW represents approximately 1,500 employees at various Allison Transmission locations in Indianapolis. Negotiations have been underway since Sept. 4.
