PCTEL Increases Quarterly Dividend From $.03 To $.035

PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCTI), a leader in simplifying wireless and site solutions for private and public networks, announced today that the PCTEL Board of Directors had approved a 16.6 percent increase in the company’s regular quarterly dividend to $0.035 per share on its common stock. The quarterly dividend had been $.03 per share. This dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2013.
