VANCOUVER, Nov. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Following a disciplinary hearing held June 4-8, 12-13, 2012 in Vancouver, B.C., a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) dismissed the allegations made by IIROC staff against Carol Ann Zosiak and John Frederick Brighten.
