Michael C. Barbarita
as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Barbarita will oversee the areas of Marketing, Risk Management Services and Bonds across the Company's three-state market presence that includes

Barbarita has extensive insurance brokerage and account management experience. Prior to joining First National Insurance Agency, he spent three decades with Marsh
Inc. in a variety of capacities. Most recently, he served as East Central Partnership Leader with responsibility for offices in
, and as Office Head for the company's

, Barbarita earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He also holds his Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Brokers License as well as Pennsylvania Life, Annuities and Accident and Health Licenses.
Barbarita's leadership extends into the community. Currently, he serves as a board member for the Robert Morris Board of Trustees, Laurel Valley Golf Club and Watson Standard Industries. He is a past board chairman of the River City Brass and past board member of the Civic Light Opera, Girls Hope, the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and the Central Catholic High School Advisory Board.
