Atlantic Trust Adds To New York Team

ATLANTA, Nov. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), announced today that Luke A. Davis has joined the firm's New York office as a vice president and relationship manager.

The addition of Davis marks the firm's 18th client service professional to join Atlantic Trust nationally in the past two years. New York is the firm's second-largest office, home to a total of 30 client service and business development professionals. The New York office had more than $4.0 billion in assets under management (AUM) as of September 30, 2012, increasing AUM by $450 million, or 12.5%, during the past year.

Davis brings more than 10 years of industry experience to Atlantic Trust. Prior to joining the firm, he was a vice president and client advisor with Bernstein Global Wealth Management, where he advised high net worth families, foundations and family offices through all aspects of their financial needs. He was also a business analyst on various business strategy initiatives. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in human and organizational development with a minor in finance, as well as a Master of Education in organizational theory and leadership from Vanderbilt University.
