ACE Announces Appointment Of Tom McGinn As ACE Risk Management Senior Vice President And New York Branch Manager

ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operations of the ACE Group, today announced the appointment of Tom McGinn as Senior Vice President and New York Branch Manager for ACE Risk Management. In his new role, Mr. McGinn will be responsible for the underwriting results of the U.S. primary casualty lines of business, client relations, new business development, financial results and strategic development for the branch. Mr. McGinn will report to Bill Rabl, Chief Operating Officer, ACE Risk Management.

Mr. McGinn has 25 years of insurance industry experience, and for the past 20 years he has held senior leadership positions with ACE and its predecessor company, CIGNA Property & Casualty. Most recently, he led ACE Risk Management’s Excess Workers Compensation unit and served as the ACE Risk Management Home Office Referral Underwriter for ARM’s Los Angeles and San Francisco branches.
