On the negative front, top decliners within the industry include Enerplus ( ERF), down 12.5%, Linn Energy ( LINE), down 2.9%, Plains All American Pipeline ( PAA), down 1.8%, Hess ( HES), down 1.5% and Marathon Petroleum ( MPC), down 1.6%.
