Delek Logistics Partners, LP (“Delek Logistics”), a Delaware limited partnership, today completed its initial public offering of 9,200,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Delek Logistics at $21.00 per unit. The number of common units issued at closing included 1,200,000 common units that were issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Delek Logistics received net proceeds of approximately $179.7 million from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and structuring fee, but before taking into account estimated offering expenses. The common units trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “DKL.”
The common units sold to the public represent a 37.6% limited partner interest in Delek Logistics. Affiliates of Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK) currently holds a 2% general partner interest and a 60.4% limited partner interest in Delek Logistics.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
