Cohen & Steers, Inc. Announces Quarterly And Special Dividends

NEW YORK, Nov. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE:CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's regular quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2012 in the amount of $0.18 per share of common stock.  This dividend will be payable on December 20, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012.

Additionally, the company's Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend in the amount of $1.50 per share of common stock.  This special dividend will also be payable on December 20, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012.
