Concentrix And Cisco Recognized As “Best Outsourcing Partnership” At 2012 European Call Centre And Customer Service Awards Ceremony

Concentrix’ and Cisco’s long-term relationship was selected due to its ability to continually deliver exceptional customer service and innovation to Cisco’s customers on a global basis through sales, technical support, customer service, social media analysis and developer support for multiple languages throughout Europe.

The “Best Outsourcing Partnership” award recognizes a partnership’s ability to demonstrate joint business aims and challenges. Criteria for this award include demonstrating effective integration, two-way communication, transparency and investment in the relationship, as well as evidence of achievement against business objectives, including the outsourcer’s impact on the customer experience.
