TIME CHANGE: CommonWealth REIT Third Quarter 2012 Conference Call Rescheduled From 1:00 P.m. To 10:00 A.m. On Wednesday, November 7th

CommonWealth REIT (NYSE: CWH) today announced that it has rescheduled the time of its third quarter 2012 financial results conference call on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from the previously scheduled 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. that same day. The timing of the conference call is being changed because of a scheduling conflict. There is no change in the timing of the press release containing CWH’s third quarter 2012 financial results, which remains scheduled for before the market opens on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. The updated details are as follows:

Earnings Release: Wednesday, November 7, 2012, before market open.Conference Call: Wednesday, November 7, 2012, 10:00 a.m.Participant Dial In: (800) 288-8961.International Dial in: (612) 332-0335.

No pass code is necessary to access either call. Participants should dial in about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call. A replay of the conference call will be available through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, November 14 th. To hear the replay, dial (320) 365-3844. The replay pass code is 260119.

A live audio webcast of the conference call will also be available in a listen-only mode on the company’s web site, which is located at www.cwhreit.com. Participants wanting to access the webcast should visit the company’s web site about five minutes before the call. The archived webcast will be available for replay on the company’s web site for about one week after the call.
