MEXICO CITY, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. DE C.V. (BMV: AEROMEX), has announced that the Company has finalized a purchase agreement with Boeing Aircraft to purchase up to 90 Boeing 737 MAX narrow body aircraft. The order follows Aeromexico's Letter of Intent to purchase up to 100 aircraft as was announced on July 25, 2012. Of the 90 aircraft, 60 are firm deliveries with the ability to purchase an additional 30 aircraft, subject to reconfirmation by Grupo Aeromexico.
