The 2012 idea ShowHouse is located in Cumberland, an intimate new community with 27 custom home sites located off South Castell Avenue between 1st Street and Harding Avenue in
. Several are already completed or under construction with the balance expected to be sold before the end of next year.

The 2012 idea ShowHouse features approximately 3,670 square feet of living space on three floors including a finished lower level. The four-bedroom home is built around an open floor plan that creatively blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
