in aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2022, at a public offering price of 99.921% of the principal amount. The notes will pay interest semi-annually in arrears.
The net proceeds from this offering will be used to repay all or a portion of the amounts currently drawn on our credit facility and purchase, redeem or otherwise retire all of our existing 5.375% Senior Notes due 2013 and our existing 5.375% Senior Notes due 2014. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on
