Gold Coast Mining Engages CPA Firm To Complete Audited Financials

BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gold Coast Mining Corp. (Pink Sheets: GDSM) announced today that the Company has engaged the certified public accounting firm of Peter Messineo to audit the financials of the Company as of December 31, 2011 and 2010. The audits will be in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles accepted in the United States (GAAP) and meet the standards established by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Once completed, these audits will be part of a Form 10 filing for the registration of GDSM under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Mr. Messineo works with numerous publicly traded companies that trade on the OTCQB. His experience with over the counter publicly traded companies and the requirements of listing on the OTCQB, will allow GDSM the opportunity to work with experienced, knowledgeable professionals necessary to navigate the often confusing, time-consuming process of becoming fully reporting.
