VWR International, LLC Acquires Lab3 Limited In The UK

RADNOR, Pa., Nov. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- VWR International, LLC, a leading global laboratory supply and distribution company, announced today that it has acquired Lab3 Limited, a distributor of scientific laboratory supplies headquartered in Bristol, UK.

Lab3 is a well-established independent distributor of laboratory consumables, chemicals and equipment, and provider of laboratory technical services in the UK. Lab3 is an existing distributor of VWR products in the UK and also represents a number of other leading suppliers of laboratory products. In addition to distribution, Lab3 provides custom labeling and kitting services to customers and is recognized as an established provider of technical services including installation, calibration and repair on a broad array of laboratory equipment across the UK.
