FOX Business Network (FBN) will provide live continuous election night coverage on Tuesday, November 6 th beginning at 5PM/ET hosted by Anchor and Managing Editor of Business News, Neil Cavuto, along with FBN’s Stuart Varney and Lou Dobbs.
Varney will kick off the special programming with a post-market edition of Varney & Co. from 5-6PM/ET, followed by Lou Dobbs Tonight with host Lou Dobbs at 6PM/ET. As the first polls close on the East Coast, FBN’s Election 2012: Special Report begins with Neil Cavuto taking over the anchor chair for the evening at 6:55 PM/ET. Cavuto will be joined by a panel of experts throughout the night, including anchor Lou Dobbs, to provide live coverage until the presidential race is called.
In addition, FBN anchor Liz Claman will report live from the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square where she will be interviewing industry leaders, including NASDAQ CEO Bob Greifeld, as well as covering world market reaction. Additionally, FBN anchor Gerri Willis will be live from the Romney campaign headquarters in Boston, MA while FBN Washington Correspondent Rich Edson will provide coverage from President Obama’s campaign headquarters in Chicago, IL . FBN’s roving election team will be stationed in swing states throughout the country including, Melissa Francis live from Florida and Adam Shapiro live from Nevada.
Also, FBN’s Cheryl Casone will analyze exit poll data live from the FOX Business newsroom while Sandra Smith will provide comparative analysis via FBN’s “one-touch” technology.
