Regency Centers Corporation (the “Company”) announced today that upon initial inspection, the Company’s shopping centers along the East Coast have sustained only minor damage as a result of Hurricane Sandy. Beyond power outages at a limited number of properties, the scope of damage has been limited to tree and debris removal and minor roof leaks. The Company will provide further updates, if necessary, next week on the Company’s quarterly earnings call.
