Varian Medical Systems To Proceed With Year End Review And Webcast For Investors At ASTRO Meeting In Boston

BOSTON, Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Despite weather concerns here at the meeting of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR) is planning to proceed with its scheduled investor meeting and webcast at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow, October 30.  It will also conduct a planned tour of its ASTRO exhibit following the meeting if the convention hall is open.
