www.fcbinc.com ) announced today that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to common shareholders of eleven cents ($0.11) per common share. The quarterly dividend is payable to common shareholders of record on November 9, 2012, and is expected to be paid on or about November 23, 2012. The current year marks the 27
th consecutive year of cash dividends to shareholders.
