Westwood International Advisors Inc.
will serve as portfolio manager to the Westwood
and Westwood Global Dividend mutual funds. National Bank Securities appointed Westwood International to serve as portfolio manager to the Westwood
Fund in August 2012 and formally launched the two Global funds for Canadian investors on October 18, 2012.
