GOV plans to issue a press release containing its third quarter 2012 financial results before the NYSE opens on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Later that afternoon, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, David Blackman, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Mark Kleifges, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the third quarter 2012 results. Following the company’s remarks, there will be a short question and answer period.
