The Hartford announced today that it will make significant enhancements to its claims platform to better serve customers and achieve higher quality claim outcomes and greater efficiency overall.

The Hartford has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its new property and casualty claims management system. ClaimCenter will replace multiple claims systems currently in use. Cognizant, a Guidewire PartnerConnect™ Affiliate partner, will serve as the system integrator for the project.
