Stepan Announces Third Quarter Earnings Conference Call And Webcast

NORTHFIELD, Ill., Oct. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL), a major manufacturer of specialty and intermediate chemicals used in a broad range of industries, will issue its third quarter earnings report on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET, prior to the open of the market.  The Company will hold its third quarter earnings conference call to review the financial and operational performance highlights on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. ET ( 1:00 p.m. CT).
