Cramer Quick Take: Microsoft Will Kill Pandora

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Is Microsoft's (MSFT) new music initiative enough to unseat Pandora (P)? Jim Cramer told Debra Borchardt at TheStreet.com Monday that he thinks it is.

Cramer said many pundits are viewing Microsoft's new music service as desperate, but in fact the company's 65 million Xbox community members are a strong and relevant group.

He said the service isn't likely to affect Apple (AAPL), a stock he owns for his charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS, but it could indeed take a bite out of Pandora.

So should investors run out and buy shares of Microsoft? Cramer said he's worried about the company's upcoming quarterly results, but would be a buyer if shares get hit on that weakness.
